Video Overview

How long does it take to recover from sclerotherapy? Well you can resume your normal activities pretty much immediately. We do ask you to avoid certain things for 48 hours including hot showers, hot tubs, and strenuous exercise; things that might make your blood vessels dilate. The veins treated themselves may be a little tender, a little lumpy for quite some time and the fading may take several months, but you should not be limited by your activities during that time.
