Video Overview

What are reticular veins? Varicose veins are currently treated with endovenous laser ablation. Smaller veins that are less than 4 millimeter in size are called reticular veins. Reticular veins are treated with sclerotherapy. They are too small to be treated with invasive techniques of endovenous ablation. Spider veins are veins that are smaller than reticular veins and they are usually treated with sound therapy. One of the modalities currently used at the clinic is the veinwave therapy for spider veins, which are smaller than 0.2 centimeters in size.
