They are fairly tight. They give 20 to 3 millimeters of mercury squeeze and are usually prescription compression hose, not just the compression hose you buy at the drug store. Compression hose are very important. They will make your legs feel better. They will help prevent the occurrence of some varicose veins and also the progression of your disease.
