Video Overview

When do you recommend sclerotherapy over another procedure? Sclerotherapy is a procedure that's done for treating the most superficial veins, both reticular and spider veins. The procedure is done with small needles placed inside the veins. The solution we use at Fox Valley Vein centers is Sotradecol and we inject it into the vein that displaces the blood out of the vein and the vein walls then will scar down and close.
